Setting your Interface Language preferences
Within Preferences, you are able to select your interface language to better fit your needs when using Live Aware.
Click on your profile picture in the top right corner.
Click on Settings.
In the left panel under “My account”, click on Preferences.
Click on the dropdown for “Interface Language” and select your preferred interface language.
Upon selection, Live Aware will reload with the interface in your preferred language.
Setting your Content Translation Language preferences
Within Preferences, you are able to select your content translation language to better fit your needs when using Live Aware. Content translation will change the default language you want content translated into. You can also set content to be automatically translated upon opening.
Click on your profile picture in the top right corner.
Click on Settings.
In the left panel under “My account”, click on Preferences.
Click on the dropdown for “Content Translation” and select your preferred user content translation language.
Upon selection, your settings will be updated. When you see content that is not in your preferred content translation language, you will see an option to translate it into your preferred language.
ℹ️ You are able to translate content into languages other than your preferred language or the source language at any time.
Enabling Auto-translation:
Within the Content Translation section, select what content to translate automatically.
Upon selection, your settings will be updated. When you access content that is not in your preferred content translation language, your content will be automatically translated into your preferred content language.
Translating Transcripts
When source content is not in your preferred language.
From within an Event…
Open the Transcript panel
Click on the translation icon
Select the language you’d like to translate the transcript to.
Upon selection, Live Aware will start translating the transcript. Progress is shown at the top of the panel.
You can adjust translation options at the top of the panel by clicking the settings icon.
When source content is in your preferred language
From within an Event…
Open the Transcript panel
Click on the dot menu at the top right of the transcript panel
Select “Translation Options”
Select the language you’d like to translate the transcript to.
Upon selection, Live Aware will start translating the transcript. Progress is shown at the top of the panel.

Translating Insights
Translating Single Insights
From within an Event…
Open the Insights Dashboard
Click on the translation icon
Select the language you’d like to translate to.
Upon selection, Live Aware will start translating the transcript. Progress is shown at the top of the panel.

Translating All Insights
From within an Event…
Open the Insights Dashboard
Click on the dot menu beside “Insights Dashboard”
Select “Translate all insights”
Upon selection, Live Aware will start translating all of the insights in the dashboard into your preferred translation language.
