You can now link your Live Aware and Jira accounts. This integration enables you to both create issues and comment on existing issues straight from an event in Live Aware.
Connect to Jira
Linking your Live Aware and Jira accounts allows you to more easily take action on the Insights you find in Live Aware.
From the dashboard, click on your avatar
Select Settings
On the left-hand side, select Connected accounts
Find Jira, click Connect
Select your appropriate Atlassian site.
Click Allow for Jira and Live Aware to connect
Once connected, you will see that your connect button now says options
Create an Issue from an Annotation
Create a Jira issue from an Annotation made in Live Aware.
Hover over an Annotation
From the action menu, click on the Jira icon.
Complete and submit the Create a Jira issue form
You will see the Live Aware Annotation Jira Issue reflected in your Jira project
Add a Comment to an Existing Issue from an Annotation
Add additional information to a Jira Issue.
Hover over an Annotation
From the action menu, click on the Jira icon.
Complete and submit the Add a comment form
When you’ve added to the issue a reply will be made to the comment with details of the issue
Create an Issue from an Insight
Create a Jira issue from an Insight made in Live Aware.
Hover over an Insight card
From the action menu, click on the Add to Jira button
Complete and submit the Create a Jira issue form
You will see the Live Aware Insight Jira Issue reflected in your Jira project
