You can now link your Live Aware and monday.com accounts. This integration enables you to both create Items straight from the Insights Dashboard in Live Aware.
Install Live Aware app from monday.com Marketplace
Before your Live Aware team members can connect their monday.com account, a monday.com workspace administrator will need to install the Live Aware app from the monday.com marketplace.
Navigate to the Live Aware app on the monday.com marketplace
Select the workspace you'd like to install the Live Aware app into, or select All Workspaces
Click Install
Connect to monday.com
Linking your Live Aware and monday.com accounts allows you to more easily take action on the Insights you find in Live Aware.
From the dashboard, click on your avatar
Select Settings
On the left-hand side, select Connected accounts
Find monday.com, click Connect
Click Authorize for monday.com and Live Aware to connect
Once connected, you will see that your connect button now says options
Create an Item from an Insight
Create a monday.com Item from an Insight made in Live Aware.
Hover over an Insight card
From the action menu, click on the Add to monday.com button
Complete and submit the Create a monday.com item form
You will see the Live Aware Insight monday.com item in your monday.com board. Insight evidences will be added as the Items first update.
